is looking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and promoting our diverse product portfolio across Cyprus.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in assigned territories.
- Promote and sell our product lines, including industrial chemicals, disposables, and household cleaning products.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and product samples.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales (preferably in chemicals, industrial supplies, or FMCG).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, Customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
- Proficiency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας. Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την ανάπτυξη ισχυρών σχέσεων με πελάτες, τον εντοπισμό νέων επιχειρηματικών ευκαιριών και την προώθηση του ευρέος χαρτοφυλακίου προϊόντων μας σε όλη την Κύπρο.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
- Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση σχέσεων με υφιστάμενους και νέους πελάτες σε καθορισμένες περιοχές.
- Προώθηση και πώληση των προϊόντων της εταιρείας, συμπεριλαμβανομένων βιομηχανικών χημικών, αναλώσιμων προϊόντων και προϊόντων καθαρισμού.
- Κατανόηση των αναγκών των πελατών και παροχή εξατομικευμένων λύσεων που συνάδουν με τα προϊόντα της εταιρείας.
- Προετοιμασία και παρουσίαση προτάσεων, προσφορών και δειγμάτων προϊόντων.
- Επίτευξη μηνιαίων και ετήσιων στόχων πωλήσεων.
- Παρακολούθηση τάσεων αγοράς και ανταγωνισμού.
- Συνεργασία με τις ομάδες πωλήσεων και logistics για την ομαλή παράδοση και ικανοποίηση πελατών.
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα
- Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε πωλήσεις B2B ή B2C (κατά προτίμηση σε χημικά, βιομηχανικά εφόδια ή FMCG).
- Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και διαπραγμάτευσης.
- Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και ικανότητα αυτόνομης εργασίας.
- Έγκυρη άδεια οδήγησης.
- Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).
- Εξοικείωση με CRM συστήματα θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
