We're looking for a
Customer Experience (CX) Manager
to lead our customer-focused initiatives, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, care, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

·      Oversee, design, and continuously improve the company's Loyalty Program, ensuring effective customer rewards, engagement, and retention.

·      Provide guidance and training to in-store teams and the Customer Service department.

·      Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

·      Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance the overall experience.

·      Develop and deliver CX training programs to promote a customer-centric culture.

·      Review and update company policies to enhance the overall experience.

·      Track and analyze CX performance metrics such as NPS, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements:

·      Proven experience in Customer Experience, CRM, or Customer Service Management, ideally in retail or hospitality

·      Strong knowledge of CRM systems and loyalty programs

·      Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

·      A customer-first mindset with the ability to inspire others

·      Fluency in Greek and English

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
