Business Analyst
to join their expanding team based at their headquarters in
Nicosia, Cyprus.

Business Analyst – Ref. (5975/BA/ESS/CY)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering and business and is passionate about delivering innovative solutions that drive progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement engineering and business solutions in line with project requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve existing processes and workflows.
  • Prepare detailed reports, technical documentation, and presentations.
  • Participate in project meetings, offering valuable insights and supporting decision-making.
  • Contribute to new business development projects and strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an engineering or business analysis role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to develop spreadsheets, reports, and professional presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of economics or financial analysis will be considered an advantage.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative, practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, improvement, and professional development.
