Cronje & Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of a client, a fast-growing Digital Transformation Consulting company, is seeking to recruit a talented IT Business Analyst to join their high-calibre professional team in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analysing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual with information technology and business administration expertise.

Responsibilities

· Perform data analysis, define and document business requirements, support translation to functional specifications early in the development cycle, and conclude with design synthesis and system validation while considering the complete system

· Work with business, technical, and testing resources to clarify business requests and resolve issues

· Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications

· Demonstrate system and analytical thinking capability

· Good knowledge and demonstrated usage of business analysis methodologies and tools

· Maintain effective correspondence and in-person communication

· Liaise between the IT department and the executive branch

· Analyse the design of technical systems and business models

· Produce reports on application development and implementation

· Run A/B tests

Requirements

· Holder of a university degree (BSc) with a background in a relevant field

· Minimum 5 years of professional working experience in a technical environment in a similar position

· Proclivity to use technology to solve workflow inefficiencies

· Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to users in non-technical terminology

· Independent and motivated with an ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment and an interest in self-learning

· Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt to varying working styles

· Strong attention to detail and scrutiny of all data provided

· Can-do attitude

· Demonstrated ability to empower others through thorough documentation with collaborative tools such as Confluence, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek languages

Remuneration

A very attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and practical experience, including:

· Salary up to EUR45.000 per annum
