Location: Nicosia, Cyprus / Full Time

CyRIC

The successful candidate will be member of a dedicated Innovation team
, which manages the innovation and technology lifecycle from R&D towards commercialisation. The team oversees the
product portfolio and strategy of CYRIC in the domains of Digital Transformation with IoT/AI solutions and Dual-Use/Defence with UAV/UGV solutions
.

Our multidisciplinary teams have extensive experience in engineering, electronics design, Unmanned Aerial and Ground Systems UAVs/UAGVs and IoT systems, supporting innovation across aerospace, defense, industrial, and environmental applications. CyRIC's expertise includes the design of electronics/IoT products, wireless communication networks, and advanced sensing solutions for demanding environments.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze markets
    to identify trends, market size, and growth opportunities.
  • Assess the commercial potential of new technologies
    , including market fit and revenue opportunities.
  • Evaluate the competitive landscape
    , identifying strengths, weaknesses, and white-space opportunities.
  • Prepare
    market and technology intelligence reports and dashboards
    for decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with R&D, product, and business teams
    to prioritize technologies and markets for commercialization.
  • Support
    go-to-market strategies
    with data-driven insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in
    Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology Management, or related field
    .
  • 5+ years
    in market analysis, business intelligence, technology assessment, or commercialization strategy.
  • Strong
    analytical and quantitative skills
    , with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with
    technology evaluation, market sizing, and competitor analysis
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and presentation skills
    for influencing business decisions.
