The
Junior Business Analyst
will support the Commercial Excellence Department in developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports covering products, profitability, and distribution channel needs.

This role is ideal for recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds who are
number-driven, passionate about data analysis, and eager to translate insights into business recommendations
that support performance excellence. Candidates with high energy, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn will thrive in this position.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Collect, organize, and validate data from marketing, sales, and commercial teams.
  • Support the analysis of sales and financial performance data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of profitability drivers such as pricing, promotions, and trade terms.
  • Provide support in the preparation of annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts by gathering and inputting relevant data.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and IT teams to maintain templates and reporting tools.
  • Contribute to the planning and monitoring of route plans and other commercial KPIs.

Minimum Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics or any other related field.
  • No prior professional experience is required.
  • Previous working experience, internship, or academic project exposure in data analysis, reporting, or related areas will be considered an advantage.

Skills & Attributes

  • Fluency in both Greek and English.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems, BI tools, or data visualization software will be considered an advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a dynamic FMCG environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and collaborative personality.
