Marketing Manager - LATAM
to join our team.

The
Marketing Manager
supports marketing strategy execution in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking LATAM markets. Acts as a link between the head office and local teams, ensuring brand consistency and effective campaigns. This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and knowledge of the LATAM market and Fintech industry.

Your role at HFM:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including online advertising, social media, email marketing, and events.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, and digital assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to the regional teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the head office marketing team and regional marketing teams.
  • Facilitate communication and information sharing between head office and regional offices, ensuring alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Gather and share regional market insights and feedback to the head office marketing team.
  • Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and resources to regional teams.
  • Assist regional teams with localised marketing efforts, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and compliance regulations.
  • Assist in the creation and management of content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and email.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Coordinate translations of marketing materials as needed.
  • Manage marketing calendars and schedules.
  • Track and manage marketing budgets and expenses.
  • Assist in gathering and analysing market research data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report on findings.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with relevant regulations.

Requirements
What You Bring:

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Native or fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.
