The Promotions & Retention Specialist will design and execute promotion strategies to boost sales, enhance customer loyalty, and support retention initiatives. This role involves market research, developing cross-sell and upsell opportunities, coordinating campaigns with internal teams, and analysing performance to optimise results.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong commercial and analytical skills to drive growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing 
    market research
     to identify trends, competitor offers, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Develop and execute 
    promotion strategies
     that include bundles, cross-sells, and upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with 
    sales teams
     to identify best-selling products and translate them into marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse 
    campaign performance
     and customer response to optimise future promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of promotional content, brochures, and online campaigns.
  • Support 
    client retention initiatives
     by developing loyalty and value-added campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing responses are immediate and aligned when new offers (e.g., STARLINK bundles) become available.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in 
    promotions, campaign management, or cross-selling
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    B2B marketing
    ; experience in connectivity, telecoms, or maritime industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across sales and marketing functions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and report on ROI.
  • Proactive, creative, and commercially driven.
