What You'll Do:

Source and attract
top commercial talent
for distribution and retail roles

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, from sourcing to offer negotiation

Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver
top-tier candidates

Utilize
various sourcing strategies
to identify the best talent across different countries

Ensure a
smooth and professional candidate experience

What We're Looking For:


Proven experience
in recruiting commercial positions (sales, business development, category management, etc.)

Strong background in
distribution and/or retail hiring


Strong
International recruitment experience
, particularly in African and European regions.

Excellent
networking and sourcing skills
(LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search)

Ability to work independently and
deliver results within tight deadlines
