What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless FOH & BOH coordination.
  • Drive revenue and profitability through innovative strategies.
  • Uphold and elevate quality, safety, and service standards.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate, high-performing team.
  • Manage budgets, menus, and marketing initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and unforgettable guest experiences.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B trends and operational best practices.
  • Ability to drive revenue while maintaining guest and team satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
