What we expect from you

  • Be the first smile our guests hear, answering questions, guiding bookings, and creating excitement.
  • Manage reservations for everything from room upgrades to wedding packages.
  • Support our online booking systems and CRM, turning web chats into confirmed happy guests.
  • Work with global tour operators and agents across Europe.
  • Learn upselling strategies to help guests book premium rooms and spa packages.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in Greek and English (extra languages a plus).
  • Friendly, patient and organised whether on the phone or email.
  • Comfortable with computers (Word, Excel, Gmail) CRM or Fidelio/Opera is a bonus.
  • Experience in tourism, call centres, or customer service is helpful but not required.
