We are currently seeking a
Junior
Customer Support Agent
to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.
Location
: Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer support inquiries (via chat and email).
- Support the requests from other departments.
- Follow-up on pending cases.
Requirements:
- Medium English level skills, focusing on written communication.
- Availability to work full time or part time on night time schedule.
- Spanish/Arabic/Portuguese skills would be considered a plus.
