Marketing Assistant
to support our daily marketing operations and ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints to help build our brand, grow our presence, and connect with coffee lovers everywhere.

About the Role:

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll support the Marketing team with day-to-day execution across digital platforms, store marketing needs, customer communication, and brand implementation. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, hands-on, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
  • Help manage and update content across digital platforms (e.g. delivery apps, website, social media).
  • Coordinate marketing materials for stores, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Support events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and help manage brand presence across channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support daily marketing operations.
  • Conduct competitor research and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years experience in marketing, admin, or retail support (or a strong willingness to learn and grow with us).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using basic digital tools.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to take initiative.
  • Interest in food, beverage, lifestyle, or retail brands is a plus.
