Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Marketing Associate. The role is based in Nicosia, with some work from home flexibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, conducting market research, assisting with sales activities, and managing projects from conception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing content, monitoring digital marketing performance, analyzing market trends, coordinating with various teams, and implementing marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment and make a global impact
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
