About the Role

We are looking for a 
Marketing & Operations Coordinator
 to join our growing team in Nicosia. This multifaceted role blends strategic marketing execution, vendor relationship management, and business development. It's ideal for a professional who thrives in both creative and operational environments and is passionate about driving growth and brand visibility in the ICT sector.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Create compelling content for web, blog, social media, and presentations.
  • Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and maintain the marketing calendar.
  • Maintain and optimize website content for accuracy and SEO.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and distributors to align marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Operations

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Support internal operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Provide input on strategic opportunities to expand vendor collaboration.

Account Management & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and client presentations.
  • Represent ACE Networks at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or vendor management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ICT products and services is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both verbal and written.
