We are seeking a Land Acquisition & Investment Executive to lead the identification, analysis, and negotiation of new land and development opportunities. This is a senior, hands-on position that requires a mix of strategic thinking, market insight, and strong financial acumen.

You will be responsible for sourcing prime plots and development opportunities, preparing detailed feasibility studies, conducting property appraisals, and presenting investment proposals to landowners and investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new land acquisition opportunities and investment sites across Cyprus.
  • Conduct property appraisals, feasibility studies, and highest-and-best-use analyses.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and development proposals.
  • Negotiate acquisition terms, JV structures, and land exchange (αντιπαροχή) agreements.
  • Collaborate with architects, planners, legal advisors, and finance teams to validate project assumptions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations for investors and business partners.
  • Monitor market trends, zoning changes, and pricing movements to support investment decisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development, investment, or acquisitions.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and structuring successful land or JV deals.
  • Strong analytical, valuation, and financial modelling skills (Excel & PowerPoint proficiency required).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the Cyprus real estate market, zoning, and planning regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Greek.
