The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist is responsible for improving the effectiveness of our digital channels by increasing the percentage of users who take desired actions across our customer journey. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing website, campaigns performance, landing pages, onboarding funnel, emails etc. data, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing strategies to increase conversions across our digital properties.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
- Analyze user behaviour, conversion data, and customer journeys to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement improvements.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, and others to gather actionable insights.
- Create detailed reports on test results, performance metrics, and provide recommendations.
- Optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, checkout processes, and other key conversion points.
- Continuously monitor website/landing pages and funnel performance, identifying issues and opportunities.
Are you the one?
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) role or a related digital marketing/UX role.
- Demonstrated experience in increasing conversion rates through data-driven strategies, testing, and implementation.
- Industry experience in Forex is preferred, but strong candidates from iGaming, digital agencies, or other data-focused industries will also be considered.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics
- Experience with other CRO/analytics tools such as Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO, Optimizely, or similar is an advantage.
- Proven ability to analyze user behavior, website performance, and customer journeys to identify conversion opportunities.
- Ability to present clear conversion performance reports, actionable insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
