Pafilia is seeking to recruit a
Digital Marketing Executive
with a strong interest in SEO, website management, and digital campaigns. The successful candidate will manage and improve company's websites, support SEO and content initiatives, coordinate CRM and email workflows, and assist with campaign setup and reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing who is eager to grow their technical and analytical skills within a collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain company website (WordPress / HubSpot).
  • Work with agency, designers, and content teams to ensure websites integrate seamlessly with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Support development of new website and landing pages for campaigns and promotions.
  • Help develop and execute SEO initiatives through keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking, including site ranking and page speed improvements.
  • Support CRM and email marketing activities (HubSpot / Zoho), including automation and email crafting.
  • Assist with social media campaign setup and coordination, ensuring creatives and targeting align with overall marketing goals.
  • Use performance metrics to produce monthly reports from analytics and CRM tools to track website, SEO, and campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Help prepare simple performance summaries and presentations as needed.
  • Stay current with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends relevant to the real estate sector.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and website management.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS tools.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics / Search Console.
  • Interest or basic knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho) and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and conversion rate optimization.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and digital tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
