We're on the lookout for a strategic and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join their team. Our client is open to relocating the right candidate to Cyprus and is looking for someone with proven experience in payments, PSPs, or high-risk verticals such as crypto or gaming. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling business where your impact will directly shape commercial growth and partner strategy across international markets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and secure new business partnerships within established and emerging markets.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, negotiation, closing agreements, and ensuring smooth handovers to the configuration team.
  • Continuously identify and evaluate new market opportunities to enhance business growth.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our client's payment solutions and capabilities.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and market research to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand networks and promote business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in business development or sales within the payments industry is required.
  • The candidate should possess exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • The candidate should have a strategic mindset and demonstrate the capacity to recognise and seize growth opportunities.
  • Strong organisational skills, detail-orientated, results-driven, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • The candidate must be willing and able to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience working with payment solutions, either in the iGaming industry or with a Payment Service Provider (PSP).
  • The candidate should have established a professional network within the payments industry.
  • Proven ability to thrive in collaborative team environments.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Russian will be considered a significant advantage.
