Tier 2 Support – Payments Platform

As a part of our continuous growth we are looking for
Tier 2 Support Specialists
to handle escalated issues and provide advanced technical support for clients on our payments platform. They combine troubleshooting, investigation, and configuration expertise to resolve complex cases, support deeper onboarding, and collaborate with engineering on systemic issues.
Responsibilities
- Investigate advanced technical issues escalated from Tier 1.
- Troubleshoot transactions, routing rules, cascading/fallbacks, and PSP integrations.
- Provide advanced onboarding support: technical walkthroughs, integration assistance, transaction testing, and detailed flow explanations.
- Analyze transaction performance and generate insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and BizDev on systemic improvements.
- Escalate confirmed bugs or systemic issues to Engineering with reproducible details.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of payment infrastructure and transaction lifecycles.
- Proficient in advanced troubleshooting, log analysis, and API debugging.
- Ability to identify performance trends and patterns in transaction data.
- Effective communicator with both clients and technical teams.
