Job Description:
The Corporate Administration is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of corporate financial processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining smooth administrative operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of corporate procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day corporate banking activities, including account management, and reconciliations.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for transactions, approvals, and compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Support the preparation of reports, financial statements, and audits.
- Assist in corporate governance and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, and operations) to ensure smooth administrative workflows.
- Monitor cash flow and corporate transactions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in corporate administration, banking operations, or financial services is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with banking regulations, corporate governance, and EMI account opening procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial/compliance software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
