We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
IT Support Engineer
to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced world of
iGaming
. You will be the first line of support for internal users across multiple locations, ensuring that systems, devices, and networks are operating smoothly and securely.

The role requires technical expertise, a keen attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency.

Location - This role will be based in Cyprus and initially require 5 days in the office per week, once onboarded and comfortable, the role will switch to a hybrid model with flexibility

What You'll Be Doing

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, printers and smartphones.
  • Support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, VPN and related applications.
  • Support and maintain IT assets, including inventory management, collection from departing employees, and preparation for new starters.
  • Manage support tickets using JIRA Service Desk or FreshService
  • Monitor system and application alerts, perform routine health checks, and resolve issues where possible.
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as necessary, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Proficiency with Windows and MacOS operating systems and hardware troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with IT ticketing systems JIRA Service Desk, FreshService, or similar.
  • Technical knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, MDM/MAM solutions, Intune, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, and AutoPilot.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Experience supporting remote and in-office users
