Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Stay informed about new laws, regulatory updates, and compliance developments relevant to the company's operations.
  • Evaluate and support the performance of monitoring officers, ensuring quality control and adherence to compliance expectations.
  • Identify, document, and escalate any breaches of internal procedures or regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring of employee–client communications, including calls, emails, and chats, to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support day-to-day compliance and AML-related tasks across business functions.
  • Maintain accurate compliance registers, such as complaints, conflicts of interest, and marketing approvals.
  • Review and approve marketing materials, ensuring they meet regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of periodic regulatory reports.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to strengthen compliance culture and operational alignment.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by senior compliance management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Compliance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience in a compliance role
    within the financial services or online trading industry.
  • CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must; AML certification is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational ability.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
