Reports To: Restaurant General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Part of the restaurant's management team
• Responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Train team members regarding restaurant's goals to achieve desired results
• Ensuring guests' satisfaction
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development

Qualifications

• A team player, an effective communicator with a pleasant and dynamic personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Greek and English Language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good management and organizational skills
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry in similar position, will be considered an advantage
• College degree in Hospitality will be considered an advantage
