About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury & Accounting Associate
 to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone starting their finance career, with exposure to both 
treasury operations
 and 
core accounting processes
. You'll work closely with the Treasury and Accounting team to support day-to-day liquidity management, financial controls, and reconciliations, playing a key role in maintaining the financial health of the company.The role reports to the company's Head Of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Support

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple bank and crypto accounts
• Prepare and process internal fund transfers and payment instructions
• Assist with short-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
• Support execution and documentation of FX trades, crypto transfers, and funding operations
• Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions and bank confirmations
• Assist with bank and wallet account opening and maintenance processes

Accounting Assistance

• Support month-end closing activities including journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist in preparing documentation for audit and internal control purposes
• Reconcile bank, crypto wallets, and intercompany balances
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records
• Coordinate with other departments for invoicing, accounts payable, and expense processing

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or nearing completion)
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, accounting, or finance operations
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Interest or basic knowledge of crypto assets is a plus, but not required
