GCP Auditors Ltd
is seeking to recruit an
Associate Compliance Officer
to join our team. The successful candidate will support compliance, AML, and regulatory functions, ensuring the firm's adherence to applicable laws and standards, while contributing to a strong culture of integrity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and update manuals (AML, ISQM), policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing annual reports on compliance, AML, and risk management.
  • Conduct regular compliance monitoring and prepare reports.
  • Support the team during onsite and desk-based inspections and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent implementation of compliance policies.
  • Handle client complaints, including whistleblowing matters.
  • Prepare questionnaires, notifications, and submissions for CySEC and CyPAOB.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory updates and guidance from relevant organisations.
  • Develop and deliver training materials on Compliance, Ethics, and AML.
  • Perform and support AML checks, client identification, and due diligence processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Risk Management, Law, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in a corporate or financial services environment (advantageous).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
  • Proficient in computer software applications.
  • CySEC Certificate (Basic or Advanced) will be considered an advantage.
  • Up-to-date CPDs as required.
