Chief Accountant
, you'll take ownership of the accounting operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure financial excellence across a portfolio of exciting construction and real estate projects. What you'll do:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles.
  • Supervise cash flow and treasury management.
  • Support audits and maintain accurate profit & loss and balance sheet reporting.
  • Train, guide, and develop your accounting team.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate or construction accounting is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Experience with Cycom software is a plus.
