The role
We're hiring a
Business Development Manager
to own
new-logo acquisition and client relationships
. You'll prospect, qualify, and close opportunities across iGaming, fintech/payments, and digital assets—working with Legal, Compliance, and Delivery to shape solutions.
Note:
This role is
client-facing only
; vendor/partner management is handled by other teams.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a
qualified client pipeline
(outbound + inbound) and drive cycles from discovery to close. - Run
consultative sales
: map requirements, co-design solutions with internal SMEs, and deliver proposals/SOWs. - Negotiate
pricing and terms; coordinate contracting with internal Legal. - Maintain
CRM hygiene
(HubSpot): stage progression, forecasting, and reporting. - Represent Obtained at industry events and execute targeted campaigns with Marketing to generate
client leads
. - Land-and-expand:
hand off cleanly to Delivery; partner with Account Management to drive upsell/cross-sell and retention.
What you'll bring
- 3–7+ years
B2B new-business experience in
payments/fintech, iGaming, SaaS, or compliance services
. - Proven success closing
mid-market/enterprise
deals (multi-stakeholder, 2–6-month cycles). - Working knowledge of
iGaming environment
,
PSPs/EMIs, AML/KYC, licensing/regulatory
basics. - Strong discovery, value articulation, and negotiation; familiarity with a framework (e.g.,
MEDDICC
,
SPICED
). - Excellent English; extra languages are a plus. Willing to travel
