to join their team in a remote role.

Job Role: Customer Support - French Speaker | Remotely

About the Role:

We are looking a fluent French speaker to join our Customer Support and Back Office team in a regulated Forex environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting French-speaking clients with inquiries, handling account-related tasks, and ensuring smooth operational processes while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide multilingual customer support, with a focus on French-speaking clients, via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Assist clients with account opening, KYC/AML verification, deposits, withdrawals, and general trading platform navigation.
  • Handle back office operations, including processing financial transactions, monitoring client documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure all client communications comply with regulatory and company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments (Compliance, Payments, Dealing Desk) when necessary.
  • Support the sales and retention teams by ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high standard of service and client trust in a highly regulated environment.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (native or near-native level) and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer support or back office within Forex, CFDs, or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of KYC/AML procedures and regulatory frameworks (e.g., CySEC, FCA, ESMA).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or others) and CRM/back office systems is an advantage.
