The company works with their clients to create personalised business plans and service packages for each particular client.

The job

  • Taking care by any means of VIP Customers queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitoring the performance of clients and proactively target clients to increase performance.
  • Performing outbound sales calling to targeted groups of clients within their portfolio.
  • Monitoring day-to-day activity of clients and contact them when needed to ensure they have a positive experience. Go the extra mile to encourage customers.
Your qualifications

You speak and write French at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must

You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

Needs to be very outgoing, willing to talk to people. Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.

Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
