About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior CRM Manager
to take full ownership of our CRM strategy and execution across multiple brands and markets. This role is critical in driving customer engagement, retention, and growth through data-driven, personalized campaigns. The ideal candidate has deep experience in CRM platforms, understands player journeys, and can collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the
    end-to-end CRM strategy
    , ensuring alignment with business goals and customer engagement objectives.
  • Design, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns
    (Email, SMS, Push, In-app, and more) tailored to different player segments.
  • Manage and optimize CRM tools, including
    Smartico, Fasttrack, and other platform-specific tools
    .
  • Work closely with
    content, design, and product teams
    to deliver engaging, on-brand communications.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize
    playerjourneys and campaign KPIs
    , providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and coordinate
    3rd-party tools and providers
    (email service providers, SMS platforms, etc.).
  • Update and maintain content across brands and markets using different
    CMS platforms
    .
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging CRM technologies to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in
    CRM management
    within a fast-paced digital or multi-brand environment.
  • Strong knowledge of
    CRM tools
    (Smartico, Fastrack, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with
    multi-channel campaign management
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    data analysis, player segmentation, and KPIs
    .
  • Familiarity with
    CMS systems
    and ability to update content across multiple markets.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in
    iGaming, FinTech, or related industries
    .
  • Knowledge of
    customer lifecycle marketing
    and personalization strategies.
  • Previous experience managing CRM migrations or tool implementations.
