CRM Administrative Support Executive (FXBO)
and play a key role in ensuring smooth CRM operations, supporting users, and developing clear documentation and SOPs.

What You'll Do

  • Provide daily administrative support to CRM administrators and assist users with queries.
  • Document workflows, processes, and system configurations.
  • Develop and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support and train end-users with guides, manuals, and training sessions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role (finance/technical environment a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
