About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This role is pivotal in strengthening our brand presence, enhancing customer engagement, and driving digital transformation across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Image Building:
Define and manage the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistent communication across all touchpoints.

Digital Marketing & eCommerce:

  • Lead online marketing strategy across SEO, paid media, social media, and content marketing.
  • Develop and grow the company's eCommerce platforms to drive sales and improve customer experience.
  • Analyze data and KPIs to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Events & Trade Shows:
Plan, organize, and execute events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote business and strengthen industry relationships.

Public Relations:
Build strong media relations, manage press coverage, and act as the company's spokesperson when needed.

  • Customer Experience:
    Oversee customer-facing communication, including signage, in-store branding, and customer engagement activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing leadership, preferably in automotive, retail, or eCommerce industries.
  • Strong expertise in
    digital marketing, eCommerce, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on initiatives.
  • Fluency in English & Greek, - any other language (especially German) is good to have
