Customer Relations Agent (Dutch-speaking)

A global financial services organization is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Relations Agent to join its team. This role involves supporting Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring high-quality customer service, and contributing to a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat by providing clear information and resolving inquiries.
Process requests such as account openings, profile updates, and transaction handling.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a consistent, positive service experience.
Identify opportunities to introduce relevant products or services based on client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to address questions and resolve issues efficiently.
Document customer interactions in the internal CRM system.
Share updates with clients regarding new features, services, or promotions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Dutch (written and verbal).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
Experience in customer service or client relations is an advantage but not required.
Familiarity with financial services or investment products is considered a plus.
Ability to stay organized, handle multiple tasks, and work effectively within a team or independently.
