Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. The role is dedicated to building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, enhancing their overall experience, and ensuring they receive maximum value from our products and services. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagement initiatives, providing support, insights, and solutions that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicating with customers within the UK market.
  • No similar experience is needed, an extensive training package is provided by the company. A great attitude is what we are looking for.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage your workload
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
  • Positive attitude
  • Result oriented
  • Strong time management
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Email etc)

What we are looking for:

  • English Fluency
  • Proven customer service experience is welcomed but not mandatory since the company provides comprehensive in-house training.
  • Strong communication/public relations along with active listening skills required.
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to diverse sorts of characters
  • Proficiency working on computers and touch typing are required.
  • Ability to perform under pressure & work in a fast pace
  • Accountability and conscientiousness
