IT Help Desk Technician
to join our team and support a key customer with day-to-day IT needs.

Working Model:
Work on-site daily and enjoy one full week of fully remote work from home every month

What You Will Do:


User Support
: Help users resolve issues with hardware, software and computer systems.


Connectivity Troubleshooting
: Solve WiFi and network-related problems.


System Maintenance
: Patch and update Windows operating systems.


MS Office 365 Support
: Assist with Active Directory and MS Exchange.


Printer Support
: Provide help for onsite printing systems.


IP Telephony
: Support users with telephony-related issues.


On-site & Remote Support
: Offer assistance both in-person and remotely.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

  • Diploma (2 years)
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Graduates from a Technical & Vocational School in Electrical/Electronic Applications

Ability to
assist users
both remotely and on-site.


Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
.

Skilled in guiding users through system setups and
troubleshooting tasks
.

Focused on
solving technical issues quickly and effectively
.

Strong commitment to providing professional and
customer-focused support
.

Fluent in both Greek & English.

Military obligations must be fulfilled.
