Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and proven managerial experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and team leadership. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the technical service team, ensuring successful project delivery, fostering team development, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the technical service team to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.

· Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting their development and resolving complex technical issues.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored technical solutions.

· Stay informed of industry trends and advancements, ensuring the team remains equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

· Utilize project management tools and methodologies to effectively coordinate projects and manage resources.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience in a technical leadership or management role.

· Comprehensive technical skills and up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
