On behalf of one of our longest-standing and largest international clients in Cyprus, we are looking for a driven and well-organized IT Support Specialist to join their growing team and become a key player in their daily support operations.

You'll be the go-to person for both internal teams and external partners, helping with tech support, device management, ticket coordination and much more

What You'll Do:

Communicate daily with clients & technicians for pending support cases

Monitor and manage tickets for hardware, software & service appointments

Oversee stock & asset management for devices (Lenovo, Client Systems)

Record calls and provide updates via phone to branches and HQ teams

Extract reports from Client Systems & support data tracking

Prioritize issues and escalate when needed

Provide internal IT support across departments and assist managers

Maintain clear communication between departments and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other tech-related field

(Graduates from Engineering, Mathematics, or similar disciplines with strong IT skills are also welcome)

Excellent coordination, communication & prioritization skills

Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn

Very good computer and technical knowledge

Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus

Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy & quality

Ability to work independently but also collaborate with teams

Fluency in English (written & spoken)

Military obligations fulfilled
