MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the first point of contact for owner and resident queries
  • Log and monitor maintenance requests and follow up with contractors
  • Support the coordination of service providers, including cleaners, gardeners, and technicians
  • Maintain clear records and assist with documentation and correspondence
  • Liaise with Owner Management Committees regarding ongoing work, updates, and meeting arrangements
  • Assist with preparation and logistics for AGMs, committee meetings, and development inspections
  • Ensure internal systems are updated and communication is tracked appropriately

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within property, construction, or facilities management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Confident and professional manner in dealing with clients and third parties
  • Comfortable using email, Excel, and office systems
  • Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
