IT System Administrator (Client Site - Full Time)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT System Administrator to be based at a client site, where you'll play a critical role in supporting their IT infrastructure and operations. As the primary technical resource on-site, you will collaborate closely with both client stakeholders and our internal experts to ensure their systems remain secure, efficient, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage, monitor, and maintain client IT systems, networks, and applications to guarantee uptime and reliability.

· Serve as the main point of contact for all on-site IT needs, providing prompt technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

· Implement and enforce security protocols and best practices to protect client data and systems from threats.

· Coordinate with remote technical teams and vendors for escalations, upgrades, and new deployments.

· Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance with client policies.

· Continuously assess and propose improvements to client IT environments for enhanced performance, scalability, and security.

Ideal Candidate

· Proven experience as a systems administrator, network administrator, or similar IT role.

· Strong knowledge of Windows server environments, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery solutions.

· Solid understanding of firewalls, networking, and industry-standard security practices.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive service approach.

· Ability to work independently at the client site, managing priorities and building trust with stakeholders.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS) are a plus.
