Compliance and corporate administrator

We are seeking a Compliance and Corporate Administrator with solid experience to join an established and regulated Administrative Service Provider (ASP) in Nicosia. You will become part of a small, professional team supporting a high-calibre client portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of corporate procedures and compliance requirements, ensuring the company operates in line with applicable regulations and legislation.
Job Description
- Formation and ongoing administration of companies with the Registrar of Companies
- Preparation and drafting of corporate documents (Minutes, Resolutions, POAs, Incumbency Certificates, AGMs, etc.)
- Filing and updating company records via the Registrar of Companies' e-Filing system/counter
- Managing corporate changes in the Registrar's e-Filing system (Directors, Shareholders, Registered Office Address, etc.)
- Registration of companies on the ARIADNI portal and operation of the UBO Register
- Arranging for legalization of documents (certifications, Apostille)
- Liaising with organizations and governmental departments
- Organizing courier and mail correspondence
- Maintaining and updating company records and filing systems (both physical and digital)
Your Profile
- University degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years' experience in corporate administration
- Fluency in both English and Greek
- Experience in bank account opening procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
- High sense of responsibility and reliability
