We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to scale and manage high-performing affiliate partnerships in the iGaming space. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is motivated by performance, ownership, and growth.

The role is based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of affiliate partners
  • Launch and optimize campaigns to improve traffic, CAC, LTV, and ROI
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to drive loyalty and performance
  • Analyze campaign data and partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and take initiative to scale results
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, content, and design teams
  • Identify and activate new strategic partnerships to drive scalable traffic and revenue

Requirements:

  • Experience in affiliate or partnership marketing
  • Results-driven mindset and adaptability with a strong understanding of performance metrics
  • Comfortable analyzing numbers and making data-informed decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation ability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
  • Proficiency with tracking tools
  • English – Upper-intermediate level
