Mid/Senior CRM Manager (iGaming) — Limassol, Cyprus

We're growing a multi-brand CRM team in Limassol and hiring an experienced, hands-on CRM Manager. You'll have support from the team and you'll also be trusted to run independently. We are a small and lean team with no politics. We offer a competitive salary and excellent performance bonuses.

What you'll do


• Own CRM for your markets across multiple brands


• Plan and ship multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS, onsite)


• Build actionable customer segments and keep the logic clean


• Run focused A/B tests and act on results quickly


• Track key KPIs and make changes that move them

What you bring


• iGaming CRM experience (casino and/or sportsbook)


• Strong analytical mindset and clear, concise reporting


• Consistent delivery with minimal supervision across brands/markets


• Experience with a modern CRM program like
Smartico,
Braze, Optimove, Fast Track,
