We're seeking a
CRM Manager
to lead localized campaigns for the
Danish and Swedish markets
within a dynamic
iGaming company
offering casino and sportsbook products. Both Roles are to be base in either
Cyprus
OR
Denmark.

In this role, you'll plan and deliver engaging, market-specific CRM initiatives that drive retention and player engagement. Using your knowledge of customer behavior and local regulations, you'll create tailored strategies that enhance the player experience and support the brand's long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns to boost retention, reactivation, and player lifetime value in the Danish/Swedish market across both casino and sportsbook.
  • Plan and manage lifecycle, promotional, and engagement campaigns tailored to casino and sportsbook players.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with Danish regulatory requirements, maintaining best practices in responsible gaming.
  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to optimize future strategies for both casino and sportsbook audiences.
  • Use leading CRM tools to manage personalization, segmentation, and automation of campaigns, ensuring effective engagement in both verticals.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and actionable insights tailored to casino and sportsbook player behavior.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure a seamless player journey and consistent messaging across casino and sportsbook.
  • Monitor regional trends, player feedback, and competitor activity in both casino and sportsbook to adapt and improve campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience working with the Danish/Swedish gaming market and familiarity with licensing requirements.
  • 3+ years of experience in a CRM role within the gambling or online gaming industry.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Optimove, Symplify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • A solid understanding of customer segmentation, campaign performance analysis, and retention strategies.
  • Experience working with both casino and sportsbook products is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude, with an eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Proficient communication skills in English as well as Danish /Swedish
