Что ты будешь делать

Если ты видишь в CRM не просто рассылки, а инструмент, который управляет эмоциями и вовлечением — тебе сюда.

Ты станешь частью команды, где данные и креатив работают вместе, а твои кампании влияют на миллионы пользователей по всему миру.

Основные задачи:


• Разработка и оптимизация флоу для onboarding, retention и reactivation пользователей;


• Формирование технических заданий для кросс-команд (дизайн, копирайтинг, аналитика);


• Верстка email-шаблонов в HTML и адаптация под различные устройства;


• Создание и реализация автоматизированных цепочек в , Smartico, Symplify или аналогичных сервисах;


• Подготовка сегментов и настройка контентных рассылок;


• Мониторинг репутации отправителей, работа с доставляемостью и предотвращением попаданий в спам;


• Анализ эффективности кампаний (OR, CTR, конверсии) и поиск точек роста.

Требования:


• Опыт работы в iGaming от 1 года;


• Понимание технических принципов работы email, SMS, push и других каналов;


• Навыки HTML-вёрстки и адаптации шаблонов;


• Знание ключевых метрик CRM-коммуникаций и способов их улучшения;


• Умение создавать конверсионный контент для email-рассылок.
