We are a rapidly growing global multi-asset brokerage with a clear mission: to empower traders through innovative technology and a reliable, high-performance infrastructure. As our organisation continues to grow, so does the demand for strong commercial talent. We're now expanding our Talent Acquisition team and are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter with a solid background in volume hiring and client-facing sales roles.

What you'll do

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales and client-facing positions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and hiring needs.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract sales talent across local and international markets.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of Sales to understand hiring needs and growth plans.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and data-driven reports to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the forex or trading industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong screening and interviewing skills.
  • Experience building talent pipelines for account managers, retention roles, or similar commercial positions.
  • Able to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain strong organizational structure.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Fluent in English.
