As our organisation continues to grow, so does the demand for strong commercial talent. We're now expanding our Talent Acquisition team and are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter with a solid background in volume hiring and client-facing sales roles.

What you'll do

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales and client-facing positions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and hiring needs.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract sales talent across local and international markets.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of Sales to understand hiring needs and growth plans.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and data-driven reports to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the forex or trading industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong screening and interviewing skills.
  • Experience building talent pipelines for account managers, retention roles, or similar commercial positions.
  • Able to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain strong organizational structure.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Fluent in English.
