We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive new business for our payment orchestration platform. You will play a key role in expanding our merchant and partner base by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing commercial agreements. This role requires a proactive, consultative approach to selling complex payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new merchants, platforms, and partners in target markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to decision-makers (merchants, PSPs, banks, partners).
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals in line with company strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Stay up to date on payment industry trends, competition, and regulatory developments.
  • Represent TX at international expos, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network and ability to engage C-level decision-makers.
  • Consultative selling skills with the ability to explain complex technical/payment solutions in a clear commercial context.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Russian, Spanish, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
