Hi My name is Daria, and I help experienced entrepreneurs find top-tier employees.

This role is for the first barefoot shoe store in Cyprus. You'll be joining an entrepreneur with high standards and a commitment to quality teamwork.

We're looking for a proactive, growth-oriented, and responsible person who's ready to invest their energy into the job.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Relevant experience:
    No prior experience required. Experience in sales and/or a management role is a plus
  • Languages:
    Required: English B2+
  • Advantage: Greek and/or Russian, or willingness to learn
  • Residency:
    Based in Limassol (or elsewhere in Cyprus with willingness to commute or relocate)
  • Work permit in Cyprus:
    Required
  • Personal qualities and skills:
    Independence and persistence in achieving goals
  • Flexible and logical thinking, resourcefulness
  • Strong communication skills and loyalty
  • Honesty, friendliness, proactivity, responsibility, and integrity
  • Understanding of barefoot shoes and/or willingness to quickly learn the topic in depth
  • Quick grasp of tasks, energetic, ability to master new tools fast
  • Motivation for growth and achieving results

Key responsibilities:

  • Direct sales of barefoot shoes for children and adults
  • Work with B2B sales
  • Manage clients in Bitrix24: track leads, follow up with clients, process orders, etc.
  • Support day-to-day store operations
  • Dive deep into the barefoot footwear field, learn its specifics and details
  • Deliver high-quality, engaged work
  • Contribute to revenue and sales growth
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, courier services, etc.
