Senior Business Development Manager

We are launching a new fintech project and are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will operate independently, managing and expanding their own portfolio of clients while driving business growth for the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, entrepreneurial professional who enjoys autonomy and wants to play a key role in shaping the company's growth trajectory.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively source new sales opportunities in the Forex market through multiple channels
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients interested in Forex solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting Forex products and services
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
- Understand individual client needs and deliver customized Forex offerings to meet their goals
- Stay informed on Forex trends, competitor activities, and industry news to provide strategic insights to clients
- Deliver compelling presentations, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
- Keep accurate records, provide regular sales updates, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in the Forex, CFD, or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of FX trading, CFDs, and partnership models (IBs, affiliates, and institutional partnerships)
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage
