We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to help us elevate our brand presence and engage our audience across all channels.

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department with content creation, digital channel management, and communication efforts. This person will be responsible for maintaining and growing Splendid Events' social media presence, coordinating with internal and external teams for advertising and SEO, updating website content, and ensuring our brand remains relevant and on-trend.

This is a dynamic role ideal for someone creative, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing and events.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Management

• Create, schedule, and publish social media content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and interact with the online community.
• Track performance analytics and propose improvements.

Advertising Coordination

• Collaborate with the Ads team to update, refine, and optimize marketing materials for paid campaigns.
• Assist in preparing assets, copy, and visuals needed for ads.
• Communicate performance insights and ensure timely delivery of content updates.

SEO & Website Management

• Coordinate with the SEO specialist to review and refresh website content for better ranking and visibility.
• Update website pages, galleries, and service descriptions.
• Assist with keyword-focused content improvements.

Client & Community Engagement

• Engage with existing and potential clients across digital platforms.
• Respond to inquiries or direct them to the correct team member.
• Help maintain a positive brand reputation through proactive, friendly communication.

Blog & Content Writing

• Plan, draft, and publish blog articles aligned with content strategy and SEO guidelines.
• Research relevant topics and stay informed on industry trends.

Marketing Strategy & Trends

• Assist in developing monthly/quarterly marketing strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
• Propose new ideas and creative approaches to enhance Splendid Events' online presence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing (agency or in-house).
• Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and content best practices.
• Strong writing and editing skills (English + Greek)
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising principles.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
• Photography/videography familiarity is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, creative mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
